Key Performance Indicators

During 2009, the Construction Services Division partnered with KPMG to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  During this project KPMG provided the following services:

• Assisted CSD personnel with an overview of KPIs and performance frameworks

• Gathered data from stakeholders, existing records and reports, industry leading practices, and other municipalities

• Analyzed information collected and analyzed historical data

• Prepared and recommended KPIs and process improvements

• Assisted CSD identify next steps

The Final Report represents the results of the project.
