The Construction Services Division has partnered with ADS to digitize construction project plans for permits issued from 1983 to present and to host our online record search.  ADS updates our construction project plans database bi-weekly.  Using our Research service you can:

• View construction plans and documents
• Print construction plans and documents
• Save construction plans and documents to your computer or burn to CD

If you are a first time user to our Research service, we have two options to assist you in learning how to use this service.  Our Research Tutorial (SWF, 19267.65kb) is a step-by-step video which walks you through the process of searching for construction plans and documents.  Our Research Instruction Manual (pdf,455kb) contains the same information in a format that can be printed.
