Thank you for your interest in Tampa Convention Center. We await the opportunity to be of service to you. In order to assist you in obtaining the information you need, outlined below are the different departments within the convention center and the functions for which each are responsible. For each area, we have listed a phone number, a fax number and an email address so you can communicate with us however is easiest for you. Our email addresses can be used directly or you can click on the email address and be taken straight to our Customer Service Center where you can also send a message. Sales and Marketing Should you be interested in booking a
future event/convention or want a copy of our facility
brochure, please contact Sales and Marketing. We can also
answer any questions regarding the facility itself, rental
fees, General Building Policies and/or License Fee
Agreements.
Convention Services Once your event is contracted on a
definite basis, Convention Services will work with you to
plan all the details of your meeting.
Guest Services Ask any question about the facility or
the city in general. Our Guest Services Department will take
care of any special needs, make suggestions for things to do
and see while you are here, and many other things to make
your visit a great experience.
Exhibit Services Exhibit Services works directly with all
exhibitors with regard to their service orders and any other
questions you may have with regard to Tampa Convention
Center.
Box Office For information on running a ticketed
event, please contact our box office.
Accounting For billing questions and other financial
matters, please contact our accounting office. Technology For questions regarding internet or other
technology services.
