Your Convention Services Manager (CSM) will be your liaison to the convention center staff. The CSM’s job is to make certain that all your needs are met with a quick response. Tampa Convention Center (TCC) team's goal is to ensure that your event is not only a great success, but also a pleasant experience.

The TCC team strives to provide you with the highest level of customer service, which includes assisting you with your planning needs from start to finish. We are here to help you with any questions with regard to your event.

Meet Your CSM

What is a CSM and what they do for you?

A CSM is a Convention Services Manager. This person will assist you in coordinating all aspects of your event once you’ve returned your signed contract and deposit. Your CSM will serve as an extension of your team to guide you through the planning process. He/she will be your main point of contact during the actual event.
