Basic CERT Training Class Offered

There will be a Basic CERT Training Class offered beginning Tuesday, September 9, 2008. The purpose of the course is to provide citizens with the basic skills needed during a major disaster. This training will allow graduates to respond to the immediate needs of their community in the aftermath of a major disaster - the time when emergency services may not be immediately available.

Call 9-1-1 TV Show
8/22/2008
"Call 911" is a new Investigation Discovery show featuring the often unheralded heroes of the 9-1-1 call centers. A Tampa Fire Rescue incident will be featured on the show at various dates and times.
