Design Guidelines

The Hyde Park Design Guidelines are used as a general guide by the Architectural Review Commission when reviewing construction activities within the district.  The Design Guidelines are available for $15.00 at 1400 N. Boulevard, 2nd Flr.  If you wish to purchase a guideline through the mail, please send $15.00 plus $3.95 for postage, make your check payable to the City of Tampa and mail to Architectural Review & Historic Preservation, 1400 N.
