Ybor City

The Ybor City Design Guidelines are used as a general guide by the Barrio Latino Review Commission when reviewing construction activities within the district.  The Design Guidelines are available for $15.00 at 1400 N. Boulevard, 2nd Flr.  If you wish to purchase a guideline through the mail, please send $15.00 plus $3.95 for postage, make your check payable to the City of Tampa and mail to Architectural Review & Historic Preservation, 1400 N. The Ybor City Design Guidelines is a PDF document which can be read by using Acrobat Reader.  If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you must download it first.

The historic district map show the boundaries of the local and national districts and is used by the staff to help determine whether a structure is contributing or non-contributing.  This determination is made using other information along with the maps, such as the master site files.  Do not use the map as the sole guide for determining the status of a structure.
