Please note that if you are on the agenda, you must attend the HPDRC meeting.  If you desire a continuance, the request for one must be made in writing to the Historic Preservation & Urban Design staff prior to the meeting.  You may fax this information to our office at (813)274-8387.

HPDRC generally meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at the Tampa Municipal Office Building, 306 E. Jackson Street, 3rd Floor Conference Room, Tampa, Florida 33602.   At the time of your application submittal, you will be given a scheduled date and time of the HPDRC meeting.  You may also download a copy of the Meeting Schedule, (PDF, 50KB) which shows all the dates associated with Architectural Review Commission and  Submission Requirements   to the Architectural Review Commission.
