About Us

Land Development Coordination, a division of Growth Management and Development Services, houses the Zoning Section, Subdivision/DRI Section and Right-of-Way and Mapping Section. Our mission is to efficiently and fairly administer City Codes and policies related to land development. Our goal is to be responsive to the public's need for accurate information related to the development of their property.
