Please Note: Personal Checks and cash are no longer accepted. Land Development Coordination will no longer accept cash for payment of applications. Acceptable forms of payment will be money orders, cashier's checks (a.k.a. bank checks, official checks, cashier's cheque, demand draft), business checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Also Note: No check dated more than 14 days prior to the date of payment will be accepted (For example: if an application is submitted on the 14th of the month, the check can not be dated from the month before).
*When clicking on the links for applications not designated as a PDF, you will be taken to Tampa's Accela Citizen Access website to complete, pay and submit the application online. This may enable you to avoid making excessive trips to Land Development Coordination.*
