**INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**

Please Note: Personal Checks are no longer accepted.  Effective March 1, 2012, Land Development Coordination will no longer accept cash for payment of applications. Acceptable forms of payment will be money orders, cashier's checks (a.k.a. bank checks, official checks, cashier's cheque, demand draft), business checks, Visa and MasterCard. 

Also Note: No check dated more than 14 days prior to the date of payment will be accepted (For example: if an application is submitted on the 14th of the month, the check can not be dated from the month before).

FEES HAVE CHANGED. The new fees are in effect and the changed fees may not be reflected in the applications that are currently posted online.  If you have any questions as to the correct fee for an application, please contact Land Development at 274-8405.
 

PROCESSING FEES & SCHEDULES

City Council has not set its calendar for fiscal year 2011-2012; therefore the dates for public hearings and associated deadlines are tentative and will be finalized by November.
