The Department of Community Affairs has issued its Notice of Intent to find a portion of the City's Comprehensive Plan "Not-in-Compliance".  The Department has determined that portions of the plan pertaining to compatibility with MacDill Air Force Base (Objective 19.7 and associated policies) were non "in compliance" with the requirements of Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes (F.S.) and Rule 9J-5, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.)
