Centralized Management of Client Technology Equipment
and Software
The City will adopt a centralized
program to manage client technology
equipment and software. The program
will refine current business practices
for major stakeholder departments
to include Purchasing, Revenue
and Finance, and Technology and
Innovation. The program will establish
standard technology equipment
specifications for each defined business
process, establish standard utilizations
for each defined business area, and
establish a defined list of technology
equipment types and standard models
for each type.
