This 55 space parking lot serves monthly parking customers Monday through Friday until 7:00 PM. Limited hourly parking may be available during the day for a $.75 per hour fee. Please refer to the pay stations on site for parking rates and instructions. Please be advised that this lot is also available for paid parking in the evenings and during downtown special events.

Location: East of S. Jefferson St., bounded by E. Whiting St. & E. Brorein St.
Address: 114 S. Jefferson Street
Payment Types (pay station): Credit card, currency and coins
Monthly Rate: $30.00 (Access only until 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday)

Take I-275 South, Take Exit 44 toward Downtown-West, Merge onto N. Ashley Dr., Turn Left onto E. Whiting St., Turn Right onto S. Jefferson St.


From the West (Pinellas):
Take I-275 North, Take Exit 44 toward Downtown-East/West, Take the Ashley ramp toward Downtown-West/Tampa St., Merge onto N. Ashley Dr., Turn Left Onto E. Whiting St., Turn Right onto S. Jefferson St.
 

From the East (Brandon):
Take the S Crosstown Expressway Toll exit toward Tampa/Port Tampa, Merge onto S Crosstown Expy/FL-618 W., Take Exit 7 toward Downtown-West, Turn Right onto S Morgan St., Turn Right onto E Whiting St., Turn Right onto S. Jefferson St.
