Delayed Crime Reporting - Use this service to report offenses that are delayed or do not require on-scene investigation. Some of the types of reports handled by the District Latent Investigation Squads include Grand and Petty Thefts; Stolen Tags and Vehicles; Criminal Mischief (Vandalism); Lost or Found Property; Vehicle Burglary; Missing Persons and Runaway Juveniles; Forgeries; Identity Theft; Harassing or Threatening Phone Calls; and Lost or Stolen Cellular Phones.
