Synopsis: Mr. Watkins left the Apollo Lounge at 5110 N.
40th St. just after closing. He walked onto E. Conover Street
nearby and was approached by two to three African-American,
male suspects around 3:07 AM. The suspects opened fire on Mr.
Watkins with firearms. Mr. Watkins died from multiple gunshot
wounds suffered during the attack.
