Project Lifesaver TransmitterUpon enrollment in the LoJack® SafetyNet™ system, your loved one is outfitted with a Personal Locator Unit (PLU) on his or her wrist or ankle.  Should your loved one go missing, officers from the Tampa Police Department and deputies from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office have been trained and are certified on search and rescue procedures by Project Lifesaver International.  They will use digital LoJack Search and Rescue Receivers to track the radio signal being emitted from the PLU on your loved one’s wrist or ankle.  By working directly with local law enforcement and using the world's most successful recovery technology, the LoJack SafetyNet/Project Lifesaver International solution is the best way to bring your loved ones home.
