The new streetcar system will include eight cars that will run approximately every 7-15 minutes between the Marriott Waterside Hotel in downtown Tampa and 8th Avenue / 20th Street in Ybor City. A total of ten stations (and two future stations) are located along the 2.3-mile route, several at your favorite entertainment, retail and historic venues. Right before your eyes, watch the emergence of the Channel District and explore the new sites of downtown Tampa and historic Ybor City. A casual ride on the streetcar will take you to many places, whether its for work or fun. Stop and enjoy the underwater sights at the Florida Aquarium, attend a workshop at the Tampa Convention Center, catch a movie at the new 20-theatre complex at the Garrison Seaport Center or Centro Ybor, or just enjoy the scenery along the way.

Where can I park?

The streetcars will pass within comfortable walking distance (2-3 blocks, at most) of more than 4,000 public parking spaces along the route. Parking is available at the Convention Center, Florida Aquarium / Garrison Seaport Center and in Ybor City.
