Al Lopez Park Concession Facility

The City of Tampa (collectively, the "City") gives notice of its request for submission of proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals who can, construct, operate and maintain a Concession Facility within a 50 x 50 foot area which is located within Al Lopez Park to serve coffee, beverages, refreshments and other products for the convenience of all persons patronizing the park.

Proposals must be consistent with applicable laws, ordinances and regulations governing the location and address the Facilities planning, design, construction and implementing the Project.

All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City of Tampa, Purchasing Department, 306 East Jackson Street, 2-E, Tampa, Florida 33602 no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, August 28, 2009. Mark the outside of the sealed envelope "Concession rights at Al Lopez Park, RFP # 001."
