The City of Tampa Department of Solid Waste & Environmental Program Management provides back door service for those citizens who are medically incapable of taking their refuse to the curb. In order to be eligible for this service, a Doctor’s Certificate must be provided and there may not be any other able-bodied residents living at the premise.
