The Customer Service Division is available to the citizens of Tampa Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., (except most holidays) at (813) 348-1111, extension #2.  The Customer Service Division is responsible for providing friendly, top-level customer service to all residential and commercial customers within the City of Tampa's service area.
