Enterprise
Applications Integration (EAI)
A division of Technology and Innovation, Enterprise Applications
Integration Division (EAI) is responsible for providing a seamless
interface for citizens to access city services through the utilization
of Internet, e-commerce, Enterprise databases,
Geographic Information
Systems (GIS) and other integrating technologies. The EAI Division
is responsible for the design, development and management of the City of
Tampa’s award winning web portal Tampagov.net.

Enterprise Change
Management
Enterprise Change Management identifies best practice efficiencies,
consults on and leads activities focused in the areas of customer
service, project management development and continuous improvement
opportunities.
Infrastructure Services
Infrastructure Services provides enterprise Voice and Data infrastructure
services, Network Operations and Servicedesk Support, Servers and Storage,
Client Desktop, Mobile Computer and PDA services, and large Systems Operations
and Technical Support. Services also include Emergency Management Technical
Support Services, Data Replication, Tape Backup and Recovery Operations, Offsite
Recovery Planning and Exercises, and infrastructure integration and new systems
implementation consulting.
Security Office
A division of Technology and Innovation, the Security Office ensures the
security of the City’s IT assets. This office addresses business information
assets as well as the security processes, using methods that are reasonable,
cost effective, practical and aligned to City’s core business objectives.
