Embedded in the sidewalk of Bayshore Boulevard, beginning at the Platt Street Bridge
This artwork is made up of 15 separate cast bronze markers, denoting each
mile, half-mile, and kilometer southward from the Platt Street Bridge, spanning the
Bayshore sidewalk from the Bridge itself to Hawthorne Street, which is one block north of
Gandy Boulevard. Each marker reflects images borrowed from Tampa’s natural
environment. |
