Artist Peter Stewart's Sunrise Over Tampa Bay presents a
magnificent view of downtown Tampa and Harbor Island. Stewart has
developed a process of merging multiple photographs to create
panoramic vistas.

Bay is part of the City's Portable Works collection, and is
currently on view at the Tampa Convention Center.
