Lights On Tampa, the biennial program that provides unique platforms for cutting-edge contemporary art and ideas within the public realm, was recognized by Americans for the Arts as one of the 50 most exemplary programs in the past 50 years. This contemporary and comprehensive survey looked at artists and programs who have pushed the genre, setting standards in the field at large.
