The Art Programs Division Manager offers technical assistance and serves as a resource for developers within the Central Business District and Channel District. The ordinances for this requirement is chapter 27-441 and 27-445, respectively, of the City Code. For more information, please contact the Art Programs office at (813) 274-8531 and visit the Downtown Development portion of the Public Art guidelines.
