ON THE WATER Crabbing with Billy- this is a family business and this is Billy’s first boat of his own. He loves the work and being on the water. This day he was excited to have so many crabs in his traps- unusual for February. He also showed me the way to tell older crabs from younger crabs…if they are clean and shiny white underneath then they are young and you should look for crabs that have yellowish tone to them, they older and have more meat in them.
