Property taxes budgeted for FY2000 total $77.7 million with no ad
valorem millage adjustments. FY2000 will mark the eleventh straight year that no
adjustment has been made to the millage rate to fund government services. A homeowner's
tax bill may differ from the previous year due to changes in assessed value or ad valorem
millage adjustments by other local taxing authorities.
