The Budget for FY2002 totals $649 million and does not include an ad valorem tax millage increase. The rate remains at 6.539 mills. This marks the thirteenth straight year that no adjustment has been made to the City's ad valorem tax rate to fund government services.
ENTERPRISE FUNDS $218 MILLION
The Enterprise Funds total budget for FY2002 totals $218 million. Rates for water and solid waste services will increase slightly to fund water treatment/infrastructure improvements and expanding the recycling program City-wide.
