The FY03 Budget totals $660 million and does not include an ad valorem tax millage increase. This is the fourteenth consecutive year that no adjustment has been made to the City's ad valorem tax rate to fund government services. The rate remains at 6.539 mills.

The Enterprise Funds Budget for FY03 is less than 1% higher than the FY02 budget. Utility rates for Water, Solid Waste and Sanitary Sewers will not change from the current rates.
