THIS AGREEMENT, made in triplicate at Tampa, Florida, on March 23, 2000, by and between the City of Tampa, a Florida municipal corporation (the "City"), the address of which is 315 East Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33602, and Speak Up Tampa Bay Public Access Television Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation (the "Contractor"), the address of which is 1310 E. 9th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605.
WHEREAS, the City's cable franchise has dedicated certain channel capacity for public, educational and government access use; and
WHEREAS, the City has dedicated a portion of such channel capacity for public access programming purposes and desires to engage the services of the Contractor to operate such public access cable channel(s) pursuant to the terms herein contained;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and representations contained herein, the City and the Contractor agree as follows:
