SECTION 10. INSURANCE
Contractor shall maintain in full force and effect at all times during the term of this Agreement insurance as required by Exhibit A - Tampa Insurance Requirements, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made part hereof. The cost of such insurance shall be borne by Contractor and may be included in Contractor's Annual Plan.
