SECTION 11. NON-DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT AND SERVICE

A. Contractor shall not discriminate against any person, employee or applicant for employment or subcontractor on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual preference, marital status, ancestry, national origin or physical or mental handicap.

B. Grantee shall not discriminate in the delivery of services on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual preference, marital status, ancestry, national origin or physical or mental handicap.

In carrying out the services described or referred to in this Agreement, the Contractor shall comply with the City's ordinances and policies regarding Women and Minority Business Enterprises, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action as outlined in Exhibit B - Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made part hereof.
