SECTION 14. ANNUAL REPORTS
Prior to January 31 of each year, Contractor shall submit to City an annual report for the preceding fiscal year (October 1 - September 30). This report shall contain, at a minimum, the following information:
A. Performance statistics document results achieved in accomplishing the goals outlined in sections 1 and 3 of this Agreement;
B. Current and complete listing of Grantees' Board of Directors including current addresses.
