SECTION 17. ANNUAL PLAN AND BUDGET
On or before January 31 of each year in which this Agreement is in effect, Contractor shall provide to the City an Annual Plan and Budget outlining activities and programs planned for the following fiscal year of the City (October 1 - September 30) with funds and channel(s) received from the City. Such plan shall contain:
A. A statement of anticipated number of hours of local original public access programming;
B. Training classes to be offered and frequency of classes;
C. Other access activities planned by Contractor; and
D. A detailed operating and capital equipment and facilities budget.
