SECTION 21. TERM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years commencing on the effective date of the Franchise and ending five (5) years thereafter, unless terminated earlier, as provided in this Agreement; and shall be automatically renewed for two additional successive five (5) year periods, unless either party to this Agreement notifies the other party within one hundred eighty (180) days of the end of the then current term of this Agreement of its desire not to renew this Agreement.
