SECTION 4. SUBCONTRACTS
The Contractor shall submit to the City for its prior approval all contracts which the Contractor shall propose to enter into regarding the control of the method in which Contractor performs the services hereunder. The City agrees its approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any work or services subcontracted hereunder shall be specified by written contract or agreement and shall be subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
