2001 Viewership Survey

O.K., now I'm going to read a short list of regular programs that are shown on Tampa's CTTV, Channel 15. After each, please tell me if you have ever watched the program. IF YES, do you watch this program on a regular basis?

QUESTIONS 9 -- 22 Viewership by Program

Viewers were then given the opportunity to name any programs they watch on CTTV which were not mentioned, above. Just 8.8% were able to name such a program. Further, it is common in most cities to find confusion when asking this question with several programs named by viewers actually found on other commercial cable channels, e.g., A&E�s Biography, Animal Planet, HGTV, etc., or on PBS, e.g., Wall Street Week or Barney. No such programs were mentioned by CTTV viewers demonstrating the stable, mature and knowledgeable viewership base of CTTV. All programs mentioned by these CTTV viewers were CTTV programming, e.g., Architectural Review Board, Event Calendars, City hearings, etc.
