A. Established a Citizens Needs Assessment Task Force
B. Consultant and City staff, with assistance from Task Force, undertook a number of activities and studies:
1. Conducted a Statistically valid telephone survey of cable subscribers and non-subscribers.
2. Conducted a series of ten community leader focus group workshops to identify community cable-related needs and interests.
3. Distributed two surveys to focus group participants -- one regarding future community cable needs and interests and one regarding attitudes of cable subscribers and non-subscribers toward cable TV services.
