Demographics part 1

Several demographic questions were asked of all survey respondents so that the interviews could be grouped and some commonality found among these demographic groupings. For example, as shown in the three graphs below and on the following page, respondents older than 30, respondents reporting higher levels of income and male respondents are all more likely to be aware of CTTV.

Those respondents reporting lower levels of income are more likely to be interested in most of the programming categories tested. The graph below is illustrative of this trend.

As shown by the graph below, older respondents are more interested in the programming category: programs about Tampa's history.

However, younger respondents appear to be more interested, in general, in most of the other programming categories tested. The graph below is illustrative of this trend.
