The CTTV Crew sets the stage

"The Mayor's Hour" Director, Zac Atwood, tests mics and sets up shots for a behind-the-scenes show featuring the new Curtis Hixon Waterfront park.  Helping him with the chair arrangement is Cable Television Manager Mindy Snyder, Production Supervisor Tom Dea, and Producer/Director Brian Sullivan.

The  heart of our city is the site of one of the most transforming construction projects of our time.  Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park is getting a facelift, opening wide the riverfront and providing a home to cultural institutions like the new Tampa Museum of Art and the Glazer Children’s Museum. As part of the program Mayor Iorio and Jack Harris get an update on the progress of construction from Chuck Jablon of Skanska USA Building Inc. from the Monumental Staircase overlooking the new museum.

Inside the new Tampa Museum of Art

The Mayor and Jack tour the construction site during the program and inspect the Tampa Museum of Art from the second floor gallery. Here they spoke with Todd Smith (second from left), Executive Director of the museum, and its architect, Stanley Saitowitz.

The Mayor stopped after the show to take a picture with the CTTV production interns, (left to right) Martin Kandra, Hilal Ozcaya and Lauren Martinez, from the future site of the Glazer Children’s Museum.

Looking more like a construction crew, the CTTV production crew took one last picture before turning in their helmets and vests.  They are (from left to right):  Zac Atwood, Ivan Benson, Chris Philips, Mindy Snyder, Tom Dea, Mark Flynn, Brian Sullivan and Karey Poulos.
