This month on Spotlight Tampa, we find out what new roving restaurants have been invited to the Mayor's Food Truck Fiesta. Volunteers gathered for Paint Your Heart Out Tampa, an annual community improvement project that helps the people in our neighborhoods that need it the most. HART recorded the highest bus ridership month in the organization's history. Mayor Buckhorn announced the creation of a one-stop permitting shop for the new Planning and Development Department.  Davis Islands' Roy Jenkins Pool has a renovation plan to make it better than ever. The new Development Services Center supports business owners by giving them the authorization to get their concepts to the marketplace in a timelier fashion. Tampa recently held its 4^th Annual Earth Day Celebration. Mayor Buckhorn wants help from city residents in crafting a community master plan that will catalyze prosperity and a high quality of life for all of Tampa.
