provide a scheduled systematic approach to maintenance of
approved and unapproved rights-of-way and city owned vacant
lots. Grounds maintenance is performed in compliance with
state, county and city regulations while adhering to OSHA safety
procedures.
Workload includes but not
limited to:
Litter abatement
Mowing
Edging
