Mission Statement

The City of Tampa Division of Community Affairs provides impartial, unbiased investigation services of discrimination complaints in the areas of employment, housing and public accommodations to any person who believes they have been discriminated against on the basis of their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, familial status, and marital status, through the enforcement of local, state and federal laws that meet the City of Tampa jurisdictional requirements.
