Construction Services has partnered with Municipal Code Corporation (Municode) to provide an extract containing only the ordinances applying to construction projects within the Tampa city limits.

We have changed the way the Construction Development Suite of Codes is accessed.  It is no longer necessary to download a separate piece of software to access the Construction Development Suite of Codes as Municode is now hosting the application.  We hope you find this improvement helpful in your code search efforts.
