Zack Street Promenade of the Arts
The City of Tampa, in conjunction with its consultants, Graham-Booth Landscape Architecture are developing a Concept Plan for the development of Zack St. as a pedestrian friendly with an emphasis on the integration of Public Art into the streetscape. Improvements will not only benefit this corridor but enhance its role as a gateway into the Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and surrounding the Cultural Arts District area.

Development of the Concept Plan through start of construction of Phase 1 for the project is planned for FY2011.
