We are ready to help you get your event set up!  If you need any services, you can order them ahead of time. 

Please follow the below steps to download, fill out, and submit the service order forms:

Step 1:  Open Tampa_convention_center_exhibitor_forms.pdf (PDF, 2.5 MB)
Step 2:  Enter information on the form for the services you need
Step 3:  Print the form (It can also be saved with all the data that was entered for future reference)
Step 4:  Fax the form to: 813-274-7859

The service order forms allow you to order cleaning, advertising, audiovisual, food and drink, electrical, Internet, plumbing, rigging, security, and telephone services, as well as create a booth floor plan.  To complete your service order(s), please:

1. Fill-in your contact, event and credit card information on the first page - this information will be automatically carried-over to each of the individual service order pages.

2. Complete the appropriate page for each type of service you want during your event.

3. Print-out the Credit Card Authorization page, as well as the page(s) for any of the services your are ordering.  If your booth is larger than 10' x 10', be sure to include the Booth Layout form.

4. Sign each of the forms and fax* them to (813) 274-7859.

*EMAIL WARNING: These forms contain credit card and other information that one could potentially use for identity theft and/or to conduct fraudulent credit card activities. Since email is an unsecure communications medium, we strongly recommend that you NOT email the forms, but instead fax them to us at (813)274-7859.
