recorded in Plat Book 2, page 31, public records of Hillsborough County,
Florida, run East along the North property line of Lots 1, 2 & 3, of Block 3 of
said subdivision a distance of one hundred and twenty and two-tenths (120.2')
feet to the Northeast corner line of said Lot 3, Block 3, of said subdivision;
thence South along the East property line of said lot 3 a distance of fifty-five
and four-tenths (55.4') feet to a point; thence West a distance of one hundred
and twenty (120') feet, more or less, to a point on the West property line of
Lot 1, Block 3, of said subdivision, said point being situate fifty-five and
two-tenths (55.2') feet South of the NW corner of said Lot 1; thence North along
the west property line of said Lot 1 a distance of fifty-five and two-tenths
(55.2') feet to the point of beginning.
