On January 3, 2008 the Hillsborough Community College Foundation Board of Directors and Dr. Gwendolyn Stephenson, President of Hillsborough Community College held the ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening for Hawks Landing student housing at the HCC Dale Mabry Campus.  Hawks Landing is located on 4010 North Lois Avenue and will provide housing for 400 students.
