Façade Improvement Program

The CRA Façade Improvement Program provides property owners with financial assistance (grant) to improve the appearance of their properties in designated areas of Tampa's Community Redevelopment Area (CRAs). In Ybor City properties are prioritized based on the program matrix and qualified property types. Application deadline for Ybor City CRAs is November 30, 2012.
