Stormwater Retention Waiver

TAMPA INCENTIVES:

To help promote redevelopment, the City of Tampa has waived its requirement to retain on-site storm water within the CRA district. In addition, Southwest Florida Water Management District has imposed more lenient restrictions for permitting purposes.
